The Cambridge Ski and Snowboard Club is one of the oldest snowsports clubs in the world. Originating at the Varsity Race in 1922, the oldest ski competition in the world, the club is primarily a ski racing club, with its status as a Discretionary Full Blue Sport. However, we also offer freestyle for both skiers and snowboarders.
Cambridge University Ski Club are proud to announce that we are working with Oakley this year. We will be testing some of Oakley's equipment this year from their amazing range in order to help them with their latest products. There has never been a better time to join the club, therefore, as we begin working with one of skiing's biggest brands.
Here is our first review for Oakley this year, done by Henrik Wetter-Sanchez. Throughout the week we'll be posting new reviews for the fantastic Oakley gear we tested last term:
I used the Oakley LinerMiner on the Varsity Ski Trip as part of the 2017 Cambridge Ski Team. They were fantastic goggles affording an unprecedented field of view through a crystal-clear Prizm-Inferno lens. They were extremely comfortable, never fogged up, and were the perfect final touch to the full ski outfit. They are everything I would want from a pair of ski goggles, whether for racing, off-piste powder days, or casual skiing.
